Welcome… Search is FREE!

CONNECTING QUALIFIED SUPPLIERS WITH BUYERS

Government Contracting Directory (GCD) provides FREE SEARCH ACCESS to serious suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, buyers, procurement officers, buying agencies and others interested in selling to and through government procurement channels.

(Note: This pipeline includes federal, state, city and other spending centers.)

How it works…

Search is free! However, companies pay a nominal fee to list in the GCD. They simply select the plan that best meets their marketing needs and budget. We have purposefully created a fee structure to help filter and eliminate the many “tire-kickers” that would choke up the directory even though they are not serious or not qualified to contract in the first place.

Effectiveness…

The GCD interface is super easy to search and is useful for contracting agents and primes looking to find qualified companies that can supply the products or services needed.

Although there are numerous sources that can be accessed, the limitations on finding a single place to start have been addressed by allowing GCD companies to list links to the other government sources they are associated with such as:

  • SAM (System for Award Management)
  • GSA Schedules
  • DSBS (Dynamic Small Business Search)
  • SBA
  • State Rosters
  • City and Regional Listings
  • PTAC clients

They can also provide expanded information on sought after:

  • Capability statement(s) addressing specific goals for buying agencies.
  • Geo locations
  • Backgrounder information
  • Project profile synopsis
  • Marketing information & materials (i.e., links to videos)
  • Mentor-Protege program participation

Other core and key identifiers may be listed such as:

  • Certifications (Minority, Veteran, 8(a), HubZone, etc.)
  • Awards
  • Clearances
  • Previous Contracts
  • Federal/State/Local experiences and more

As publisher of the Government Contracting Directory, I welcome any future enhancements to help make this resource tool your best friend.

Companies looking to list can get more information on the Registration Overview page.

May you have a productive and profitable day!
